I have seen tons of these things and never seen an ash tray in the arm rest.

Radio is also a retrofit from something else. That extra cover plate gives it away.

Armrest is a rear door/quarter panel passenger car item, I don't recognize it , it's not from a 55-up Chevy car.

From what I can see in the pics, it does look like a factory radio for one of these trucks though (or possibly a 63-64 car since some of them used the same radio face). I'm guessing that extra cover plate may have been the result of someone covering up a previous hack job that left the opening too large for the OE sized radio.
