good and bad news
Good news is iIgot my new tailgate I ordered...
Bad news is it got droped on a corner..... Not to bad tho and just didnt have it in me to send it back ill pay the bucks to get the corner fixed at the shop when the trucks in for paint......Count down 6 days to paint woooo hooooo

going all chrome
Chrome front bumper rear bumper light buckers and rings
Not sure about the door handles tho.... also looking into all graphite grey suede for the inside Royal metalic blue with all grey in side will look sweet!!!!!!

What springs did you use? I'm building a 68 and your truck sits nice,not to out of control on the lowered thing.

well this is what i used
I have 2 and 1/4 inch drop spindles on the front and 4 inch drop springs on the back
I really looked around and asked alot of people that have our years of trucks around where I lived causei wanted a good ride and not to much bounce.... http://www.mcgaughysclassic.com/Truckproducts.html Got them from this great little company in Fresno Ca. Perfect fit and no problems to put on... I also purchased my Disc Brakes threw them and had perfect fits on everything...

Man, must be a great feeling to know that it will be getting paint in a few days. I still have that hole in the of my stomach knowing that I'm a couple of years away from that point.
