ok I have a 89 suburban that I want to put a 77 front end on...what will I need besides fenders and grille...is the hood the same? can I use the same rad support? right now I have the rad support that has the single headlight. I think its called the work truck style. will this work??? or do I need it all. ...fenders rad support grille inner fenders hood. ???? thanx for the help...

you need the entire front cap. coresupport, hood, hood latch, everything.

x2 whole front clip take off .

Hood, fenders, core support, inner fenders, whole shebang. The hood on the older 73-80 mounts on the fenders, so no worry about cab interference... Otherwise you'll be set.

If you look at my thread "rebuilding my 1977 plow truck " It covers all of putting an old front on a newer body. there is more to it than just changing the sheetmetal
