Inline 6 monojet choke operation question
Looking for some insight on the proper operation / linkage set up on a monojet . The 71 c10 I have has a automatic choke with a heat stove? I thought when you pressed the gas pedal to the floor and released it at start up it would set the throttle to a high idle position . Does anyone have a picture of a proper linkage set up to compare mine to ?

Re: Inline 6 monojet choke operation question
Take a pic from the other side. The choke stuff is hidden behind the carburetor in this view.

Re: Inline 6 monojet choke operation question
The current carb is a purchase off e bay an old Re man. If my memory is correct I needed to take the choke linkage of of the one that was on the motor when I got the truck. Not sure the high idle worked on that carb.attached is picture of first carb
