St Louis, Plant watch employment giveaway?

I have had this for some time.

It works, never worn but tried on. The second hand marker ( yellow truck) and it moves around after winding.

Has outline of Missouri and says, " Gateway to the West."

What is this and what is it worth?

"Gateway to the Best!"

Looks like a little trinket they put together to sell in the Men's Club store, along with T shirts and hats.

Is it a mini van? I worked at the Chrysler van pant there and they were always giving us junk like that and keeping our profit sharing. (Germans)
