Bbc fenderwell exit headers
Just finished up some headers I’ve been working on for my 68. Thought I’d post up some pics. All pie cuts so they are definitely something a little different. They seem to fit and clear everything real nice though. This is my first time building headers. My buddy helped me tig them, and it took a lot of time. Thought y’all might get a kick out of them;-)

Re: Bbc fenderwell exit headers
That’s a lot of work, they remind me of hand built 2-stroke race pipes.

Re: Bbc fenderwell exit headers
Thanks guys. They are just mild steel, wish I’d have went with stainless.

Re: Bbc fenderwell exit headers
The headers look good. But all I see is the hat! Like a girl at a jewelry store. All they see is the Bling. I've always said that is the only reason I would cut my hood.

Re: Bbc fenderwell exit headers
Thanks buddy! I’ve always wanted a blower hanging out, just had to finally bite the bullet and get one. First time ever messing around with one and I’m hoping the EFI setup won’t be too difficult to get going. First time using EFI for me as well.

Re: Bbc fenderwell exit headers
I can't imagine how long it to to build them that way. Over the frame is the only way to go in my opinion. I just had stainless step headers built for mine and I hooe to hear what it sounds like real soon. I have some short stainless race mufflers on the way.
