Big oops! I bent my frame! Help!
My frame came of the jack stands and slammed down on my garage floor. There is a bend on the drivers side near the middle of the frame. This was definately not in the plan. I'm sick because I have no idea how to fix it. Any help or advise would be appreciated.

Hard to believe the frame would bend that easy. Are you sure it isn't the catalytic converter hump?

I'm not certain. I supose it could have always been bent like that and I'm only noticing it now after everything came crashing down. If someone could verify it's not actually bent and supposed to be like that I would be very happy camper.

Falling off jackstands shouldn't cause that...I'm betting it was that way before...
If you could bridge it strong enough to not cause more damage you could use a jack to push it back...or a big old sledge hammer..

I've been pouring over pictures that I have taken of the project and I think you're right. I have found a few pictures that kinda show a curve there, and that is were the catalytic converter goes. You're a life saver. Thank you so much. I can finally relax and stop feeling dumb.

That "bend" is a factory feature.
