Source for rally wheels?
I've been scoping out wheel choices for my 65 C10 Fleetside while it's at the paint shop. I really like the look of original GM Rally wheels with rings and caps. Because of my drop spindles the LCA is very close on a 15" rim. (it was hitting on a wheel weight on my 15) so I will go up to a 17 or 18" which limits choices. I also want to wait until after reassembly to properly measure for backspacing, etc. I've gone to a square body rearend that is 3/4" wider per side.
I've googled a few aftermarket and it looks like with aftermarket they go with a center cap and the rim is polished instead of using a ring. Just wondering what others have used? any pictures? |
