To woodgrain or not to woodgrain?
I have a 72 super cheyenne short bed truck. Love the woodgrain bezel and jocky box. Doing 72 blazer now. The interior needs an upgrade. I was thinking of doing something simalar. I don't care if it was original to my blazer or not but don't want anything that should not be on a blazer at all. It has the woodgrain doors but thats all. Has anyone ever seen the woodgrain anywhere else on the interiors of blazers?

Re: To woodgrain or not to woodgrain?
I’ve heard they had wood grain. I’ve seen people say the gauge bezel didn’t have it on the blazers. I would just do what you want it’s not something you can’t change if you don’t like it. Everything I’ve done to my blazer can be put back to stock if needed but it fits my personality.

Re: To woodgrain or not to woodgrain?
I have never seen a CST or Cheyenne Equipped blazer have anything but woodgrain door panels originally (from the factory). I have seen guys add it to the dash and glovebox door though. It's your blazer, make it the way you want to. It wouldn't be hard to change any of it out though. Trevor

Re: To woodgrain or not to woodgrain?
not a fan of woodgrain instrument panel and glove box lid...but since mine has the woodgrain trim on the outside...
I went with it on the door panels

Re: To woodgrain or not to woodgrain?
Love the blue. I’ve heard conflicting info on the glove box not having wood. I’ve heard people say yes and only the gauge bezel didn’t have it. It’s hard to say. I personally like it only on the doors myself. I think it’s just the right amount.

Re: To woodgrain or not to woodgrain?
My 72 CST has the woodgrain trim on the exterior and door panels but not the dash or glove box.
But it's your truck. Do it the way you want it.
