69-72 Blazer push-on door seals

These are now available and shipping to distributors. They include a metal core in the molded end so the 3 bolts won't rip the rubber molded end. I will have one on display at Dino's Git Down on November 15th if your in the area.

Part number: DWP 1111 69.

I got a set and pleased with how they fit. I couldn't put them all the way on because I need to trim the repo rocker along the floor to fit the seal.

That looks great. I received mine today. One of them has two small tears in it. I opened both and may have put them in the wrong bags. It looks like the driver side (but it’s in the bag marked DWR).
I’ll have to reach out to GMCPauls to see what can be done for a replacement.

My seals were in bags marked DWR and DWL then the part number. I assume for right and left. the seals fit tight and don't slide around at all.

Getting ready to install mine today and I encountered the same thing with the right being in the left bag and the left being in the right bag, other than that they look good we'll see how they fit here in a bit.

GMCPauls has put in a replacement order to Precision for me. It shipped Monday so I should have it shortly.

I’m interested to hear how everyone’s installation goes. Please share. It will be good to compare notes on how things go.

Thanks!

Re: 69-72 Blazer push-on door seals

Here's my installation notes in my build thread.

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...&postcount=209

As mentioned the seals install super easy. Getting the top realigned was not.

I'd also like to note that the seal part the touches the door is VERY soft and supple but as seen it can tear easily. As i was fitting up my sill plates I cut a 1" gash in my passenger seal. So tread VERY carefully around them.
