350 block for sale
350 4-bolt main bored 40 over,
<45> minute break-in / run time. I noticed the outer starter hole was cracked, and chose to buy a new block, the machine shop said this would not affect the engine, but I prefer to not be changing starter nose cones and what not. This would be a excellent block for someone with a standard tranny, due to starter mounts on bellhousing. The block will come with the cam left in it, since I broke it in already. The cam is a competition cams: 280/480 lobe sep 112 http://www.unlimited2u.com/engine Looking to get a fair price to recover expense of change-out, I may consider selling entire motor (long block) if you contact me ASAP. block w/cam 375.00 entire long block 1200.00 cdtek@cmaaccess.com - 702-420-6354 -Bill, Laughlin, Nv. |

for a profit. Does yours include buying a block ? And shipping from Kentucky to the Las Vegas area ? *****If so I'll buy a few blocks from ya!!****** I am not trying to compare to back east prices, I am looking for a local buyer in the Las Vegas area. If I were back in my home state of Arkansas, I could get it cheaper also, but this is higher cost area, with all the big lights and slot machines. Ohhh, just noticed your selling a 406, good luck on it, it would make a great stocking stuffer for someone. Here's my breakdown of original cost; 125.00 Block price 75.00 Block -Hot tanked/Jetted 80.15 Block Surfacing 180.00 Block bored and honed 150.00 Cam/bearings/lifters (Installed) Comp Cam 280/480/112 20.00 Freeze plugs (installed) ===== 630.15 ----------> 375.00 OBO Last edited by Nvbowtie; 12-13-2003 at 07:27 PM. |

Yeah I never considered where you are located. Around these here hills we can get a blocked bored with a plate for $120-$140 max. The 406 is just a project motor. I buy em at a fair price and build them for the hooby part of it and make a few $$ in the process.
