New in pa
Hey all,
Picked up a new project I picked up a few weeks ago. I've always liked these trucks, but the four headlight gmc's are my favorite. This ones got factory tach and all the good stuff inside. Seems the more I look into it the more I'm afraid to do anything. So much looks more and more original. I found the original service records and sleeve from the dealer in Virginia the original owner bought it from! I'd like to toss an ls and a 5 speed into it, I've been reading a bunch of other builds in here. I'll be doing plenty of reading. |

Its really gorgeous. I read project and 5 speed LS first. Once I saw the pictures, I thought you were crazy!

It may have a gm reman engine, (guessing from the valve covers) I have to get the numbers off the block. Its a little hard to tell form the pictures, but there is a little bit of work needing done over the wheel arches in the rear, and a drivers rocker. Hoping for it not to be too bad. |
