so I've seen on a few trucks a knob left of key an its marked "T"
Mine has just a knob no marking.
So does anyone know what this knob actually does?.

I think some trucks had a hand throttle for running a PTO

Throttle knob. It works well for warm up, and holding RPM. I added it to my 65 and love it.
