New bucket seat foam

I am getting ready to replace the foam and covers on my 72 sport bucket seats. Is there a brand of seat foam that is better than others? How about vendors? Thanks

Re: New bucket seat foam

I’ve been pleased with the USA made foam from member vendor Classic Heartbeat (Wes). https://www.classicheartbeat.com/pro...ory/1967-1972/

Re: New bucket seat foam

Thanks for the recommendation Pete. Did you ever hear if PUI was going forward with Highlander seat covers?

Re: New bucket seat foam

You bet.

PUI did reply to my inquiry and was willing to build a set that I presume would be used as a template for subsequent customer orders. I never was able to dig up a usable set to send them unfortunately. As an aside, I understand that scroll embossed vinyl for seat covers is presently in extremely short supply.
