Power steering pump pulley install question
Is this a special nut for the pulley? It measures 14.1mm.
https://www.classicindustries.com/product/mn7512.html Also, is the prong required for the shaft? Looks like the shaft already has a seal; it’s a rebuilt ps pump.

Re: Power steering pump pulley install question
Simply install the key on the shaft and slide pulley on and tighten nut while holding pulley the shaft won't spin if your holding onto the pulley with the key installed , when you install the pump check belt alignment and tighten if needed. .
This is the nut , Most parts stores carry them https://www.classicchevy.com/chevy-p...E&gclsrc=aw.ds
