Does any company make this part? Mine has a big crack in it.

Re: Evaporator core case
I was unable to find a supplier of new ones so I got one at a junk yard off of a '74 C-10.

Re: Evaporator core case
I had an area crack clean off in my ‘85 when it was apart. I repaired it with some plastic weld epoxy from the auto parts store. 7 years and still going strong.

Re: Evaporator core case
I believe the case is made of fiberglass.
Fix it with fiberglass cloth and resin the same way you would any other molded fiberglass part.
