woohoo I just bought a stepside box

yeh its in toronto i got to pick it up soon. no fendres or steps. it includes the bed sides, the end panel, and tailgate & cross sills. Its a used box that came from the states somewhere. It is clean & strait. I payed $600 cdn. Its alot of $$$ but thats whats there worth around here. Its a 4 hour drive one way to pick it up. I wanna go get it before the new year. What dou you all think?

I can't find nice ones here in NY either, they use salt here and that kills the body on our cars and trucks. So parts like that bring good money. I paid $450.00 for a short fleetside for my 83 and that was a few years back. It had dents that needed fixing and a tailgate was needed only good thing it was solid.

Damn. Had i know you wanted one i would have sent you pics of the one i have for sale. Complete bed. Fender,steps, Only surface rust. Needs wood but comes with an NOS tailgate. $700.00 US

thanks fine69 for the offer but i didnt need the steps or fenders and $700 us is like $1050 cdn. It broke my hart to spend $600 cdn for my box. BTW how close are you from toronto?
