Rear cab wall thickness
Is the rear cab wall below window a double wall? If so, does anyone know how thick it is?

Yes the rear cab wall is double walled. For two reasons heat from exhaust heat and cut down on road noise & reverb. Not to sure but you should be able to see near the bottom out side edge,

Re: Rear cab wall thickness
It's only double walled to just below the window. I would say there's approximately 1/2" between the layers. I think if you get a mirror in the corner and look up you will see how much room there is.
