Not the po - po (Police)

Went and traded the wife’s puddle jumper( Kia Soul) off on some big American iron!
A 2007 Tahoe LTZ. Loaded with about everything but the kitchen sink! You talk about a change. Like driving in a big cave. About 2 feet more shoulder room.
It’s got the 5.3 and looks a lot like the local coppers rides. Dark blue too.
Four times now we’ve had other cars coming flying up behind us on the autobahn, see our ghostly car, hammer on the brakes and slide in to follow us at normal speed. It’s hilarious!
We’re doing our part to keep people safe out there.
I need to get a decal to put on the back window.
Not the po-po.

Nice ride, very clean! You won't regret it, these vehicles are some of the best GM has made imo.

I have a "government blue" 2010 Yukon XL that gets the same looks. I figured it out when everyone I followed behind would hit the brakes and slow down.

I find it hilarious!
We went to Victoria last week.
About 110 miles each way.
Counted at least a dozen nervous slow down and tuck in drivers. Then they’d slowly cruise by and then hit the loud pedal when they saw it was some old geezer.
LOL!

Re: Not the po - po (Police)

I bought a detective Crown Vic years ago at a auction due to breaking my elbow, and wrist. Since all my cars were sticks at that time.

None the less anywhere I went it was slowed way down.

Same, I almost want to put some steel wheels on it, but from the front and back a dark lowered Tahoe freaks 'em out!
