Inline 6 Identification
What 6 cylinder is in my latest project ‘66? I’ve searched quite a bit and cannot find this block casting number in anyone’s list. The identification code leads me to believe it’s a 1971 year but there’s a lot I cannot find on it as well.
Block casting # 399425 Engine ID Code- F0604CAB Engine VIN- 11N589180 What vehicle was Suffix Code “CAB”? Is this a 250 or a 292? Thanks for your help! |

Re: Inline 6 Identification
The Oracle of Google returns many hits. Can't remember which one now.
