It seems to be. I am messing with the valve covers leaking. I have oil in the pocket between the head and header gasket. Not sure if I don't have them tight enough or too tight ot whatever the farkin problem is. I changed out the vacume hoses so the brake booster was by itself. I put the spliter for the pcv with the vacume that goes to the vacume ball on the side of the heater box. I drove it about 10 miles pretty good and the only things was the oil right under the valve covers in those pockets.
