Cab part identification

Hey guys. I’m having a hell of a time
Tracking down this part. I assume it’s inner a pillar but can’t fined anything. And I need to replace it. Bottom is rotted out. Any ideas

It's not a piece that's reproduced. You'll either have to make your own patch or get one from a donor cab

Yeah, my truck has the same thing happening. I think I'm going to try and make my own patch. Might not be the prettiest, but at least it won't have rust
