Anyone running 15" X 10" rear wheels
I would like to run a 15" X 10" rear wheel. Just wondering if it will fit good without modifying anything. Also what backspacing is best and offset. Thanks

67-72's are @ least 50yrs old so it's possible a different rear end housing is under the truck. The 71-72 rears are wider vs the pre-disc brake trucks. Which rear end housing you have impacts the numbers. That being said, 15x10's will fit under these trucks. Backspacing depends on personal tastes, rear end width, & vehicle height.

I do not have offsets, but 15 x 10 fits without a problem. I can almost get 12" wide tires under the truck, but the sectional width of the tires make them about 1" too wide depending on the height of the truck in the rear.

The problem isn't using a 10" wide wheel the problem is what tires are you going to use that are tall enough to not make your truck look like a skateboard ?

Yep you can fit 10s on the back no problem. Had 15x10's on the rear of this 71 we built and flipped a couple years ago.

I have a 69’ with the narrower axle, 10” will tuck. 4.5 BS.

According to what brand of wheels, I've seen 15" MAG rims make contact with top of front brake caliper. Also, if you use inside stick on weights for wheel balance, they could get knocked off by top of brake caliper too.
