Yes, another trim hole question. Forgive me 😉
Yes I have the manual measurements but truck is in pcs ready for paint. I need measurement of the center of upper door molding to center of door key hole. Also widths of upper and lower moldings

No upper molding on my K20, sorry. But I'll do what I can.
My lower molding is aftermarket and measures 3 15/16" wide. However, I have one old OEM lower door molding, and it's 4" wide.

As far as I know these are original 72 trim parts.
