I have been working on a 68 CST for about a year an a half,I am almost finished so I thought I would take a break and work on my GMC for a while so I could have something else to drive to keep the miles down on my 2000 dually,so here are some pictures. first here is the 68 CST.

The red truck is PPG Viper red,I will have to look in the garage for the paint Can to get the code,this may be a little better picture,it is outside when I first got it back from the body shop,I like red truck to have just a little of an orange color to it,and viper red,it has a little bit of an orange color to it,the body man thought I should paint it Porsch Guards red,but I liked this color better,looks really good when it is clean with no dust on it.

Well it is not going to be driven every day,it is something for me to drive,and to have fun in,if you look at the heads you can see they have been ported and polished,and intake was port matched to the heads,I had,had these heads for a long time about 10 years so I figured I would put them on,it saved me the trouble of rebuilding the heads that were originaliy on the motor,the heads have 7/16 screw in studs,the angle plugs caused me alittle trouble with the headers,but everything seems to be fine know,I started the motor to break it in and I don't see any problems

Brad, your truck looks great. Big difference from the last time I saw it. What size wheels/tires are on it? Has a great stance. Also, those valve covers on your other post look good too.

Nice trucks man, I love the 68's. I would have sooner had one than a 69' but mine was just too good to pass up.... Nice red too BTW....
