How do I remove corrosion pits in stainless steel
I have noticed some stains on my stainless steel rocker panels after this winter. Does anyone have any good suggestions on removing these marks. I have already tried metal polish and it didn't even make a dent in the marks.

Use the same grit sand paper as you would when color sanding a paint job (if your trying to keep them polished). If they're not polished, WD40 (or similar) & white 3M scotchbrite pads work well to clean stains.
I work in a dairy facility. We have more stainless piping, tanks, tables, machinery, etc. than you can shake a stick @ & it all has to be kept clean (a difficult task @ times).

don't use steel wool, whatever you do.. the steel will contaminate the SS and it will rust all the same even worse.
