wanted 73-80 engine mount to frame brackets
hey all
i'm trying to convert my 71 to the newer mounting system of the 73-87 model trucks. unfortunently the engine mount to frame brackets that i pulled off an 85 will not work however since gm redesigned the bracket for the 81?-87 trucks i beleive the earlyer brackets will work for me. if you have a set and a picture so i can conferm that there the correct version please, please contact me. thanks, ondrew |

I looked at a guys 80 today and they didnt look like the ones i have maybe these were swapped out defore stanger things have happend . The ones you want look just like the 81-87 but they are not as straight they dip slightly in the middle . I am going to the yard sat i will take a peep to see what i see . If they got them in the open i will grab them for ya .
