Torque converter question
Mine is making a rattling noise, like there's loose bolts inside it, I've checked everything and all is good, all bolts are tight and it shifts fine. I was told the noise is the oil pump but I'm not buying it, any ideas? It's loud enough for me to hear at stop lights over my exhaust.

Tough call without hearing it, how about the bolts and nuts that hold converter to flex plate, are they tight? The flex plate could also be cracked, that would make the same noise.

Sounds to me like a fin has broken loose and is rattling around inside.
