Master Cylinder Install help needed

Replacing my master cylinder ('68 LWB C10 with Bendix power). It was leaking brake fluid into my power booster. Bought a 'new' MC and in the process of installing, have a couple questions:

1) Should I replace the seal on my power booster (Bendix) between the booster and the master cylinder? The inside lip of this original is worn/broken off. Picture of it below (hopefully). Concerned that I may loose vacuum level where the seal is worn/missing against the shaft.

2) Should there be a gasket between the MC and power booster? Can't find one listed anywhere, but there appeared to be remains of one when I disassembled.

3) The booster-MC shaft has an adjustment screw where it seats into the MC. Do I need to adjust since I have a new MC? If so, what's the procedure.

4) Anyone have assy procedures or diagrams?

I would replace it, if you can find a replacement for it.
I don't think you need the gasket (I don't have one on mine).
To adjust the rod just make sure it's short enought for a little bit of clearance with everything bolted up tight. You don't want the rod mashing the brakes for you all the time. Mine took a little bit of trial and error to get right.
