Nevermind that -- did you see that nice chainlink fencing?! That's a must-have item, that is.

Just a question, why does the picture have 1999 as the date if it was took last summer?

That would be a good find tho...2 cameos and a big glass fleetside.

Re: Cameo's in Wrecking Yard

google maps, try correct spelling:

Cottonwood Ln n Trekell Rd. casa grande, Az

doesn't look like a wrecking yard area to me.

Re: Cameo's in Wrecking Yard

suburban neighborhood, complete with strip development. It's about 45 -50 miles from me and I have access to a car trailer. Don't think there's anything there though, otherwise I'd already be there making offers.

Re: Cameo's in Wrecking Yard

that's Deer Valley Auto. if you go there take the fat checkbook, you'll be needing it. Their main or original yard is about 6 miles due east of me.

Re: Cameo's in Wrecking Yard

Isn't it Desert Valley Auto Parts? If so you are correct about the fat checkbook. They wanted $750 plus shipping for a set of doors for a 69 Dodge truck.

Re: Cameo's in Wrecking Yard

they're buying up everything in sight and sitting on it. They've got deep enough pockets to do that. They just estimate what stuff will cost in 10 or 15 years and price it like that now. If it takes 10 or 15 years to sell so what? not like it's going to rust into the ground, turn back into iron ore.
