Mangled threads on steering shaft
Well just like it sounds, when I decided to go back to the stock steering wheel this is what was left. Should I try to chase it with a die? What size 1/2x20? Is there a tilt column in my future..Help

For less money than a die, I went to Napa and bought a thread file. Has about 8 different thread pitches, just pic the right one and file the boogers straight. It fixed mine
pretty good, plus it is just plain handy to have in the toolbox.
