Headers

I'm new to this forum, I have a 84 c10 LWB..with a 350. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if these would fit? They are block hugger type headers.

thanks

you can use them if you install a front motor plate. They won't clear stock mounts though. nice and shiney...oooh

hey, I just bought the same truck (84 lwb 350) and the p.o. kept the stock manifolds. Are there any headers to "bolt right in". the truck just had a new exhaust system put in, prior to the sale, so I wanna be as user friendly as possible.

yes saxmo, most long tube or shorties that come down towards the back should be bolt in... the problem with the block huggers is the come down in the middle... i have cheap flowtechs that have been powder coated... work just fine with not problems..

Actually yes and no. They will clear stock motor mounts on the passanger side. The drivers side will require a notch out of the motor mount cup....

OK, let me rephrase my answer then. Some will clear and some won't. I didn't bookmark the thread, but I have seen pics of BH headers that required a slight mod on the drivers side....
