Drive shaft question
Replacing u-joints and one of the balancing weight fell off the drive shaft during intense hammering. How are these things put on to begin with and how do I get it back on?

By looking at your truck''s profile, (it doesn't sound like a beater) I would consider sending the shaft out for balancing, you may not feel it but it will wipe out trans output and pinion seals in time if it's out of balance, even a lttle bit.

I agree. My old Longhorn's shaft was out of ballance, and it felt very minimal. (you could hardly feel it) When i went in, they dude told me it woulda killed my tranny inside a year at Tx highway speeds. (70...but the flow was 80 - 85)
