Fuse panel help

Hey guys!

I wanna do some major re-working of my factory truck harness, which involves the removal of miles of extra wire that is in the harness, re-routing it, and moving all of the permenant accessories in the truck from clips that clip into the front of the fuse box, to going into and connecting to the fuse box on the back side.

However, I have absolutely no idea how a guy is suppost to pull the "rails" that are between the fuses out of the box.

Can anyone help me out?
