leaf guard
heres a cheap way to install leaf guard ,i used a aluminum mesh piece of gutter guard from lowes cut to fit ,lined it up with cowl screw holes ,it looks great cost was $1.33 ,cant beat that , you can get black or aluminum finish .

Pics are definately in order. I tried to use screen material once, but that didn't work so I gave up.

heres a pic i used 2 pcs put the contoured shape up & cut out for wipers & met them under center rib in cowl

Great idea. I have to do something when putting mine back together. There was a small beaver dam in each vent when I started working on it.
