TH350 acting up

i got I6 with a rebuild th350 behind it, been driving this combo for a while, well now its starting to shift kind ruff (imean it slams into gears when i am going down the road) i know bad oil can play a factor so i changed it but its still doing it

any help or ideas are greatly appriciated

Mine shifted like that when the vacuum line fell off. Maybe yours is disconnected, or has a bad diaphragm? They are pretty cheap, and easy to install.
