Back to the drawing board
Well guys I told you that I was going to post pics, here they are. My truck was already restored once, but I wasn't happy with it. So now I'm going to start all over again. It has air ride stainless parallel four link with shock waves up front, thinking about buying Jim Meyer IFS with shock waves up front. Finally got my big brake kit on order 14" rotor with six piston caliper up front
14" with four piston caliper in rear. 2005 GTO bucket seats with custom center console. Of course one piece windows from Brothers. Vintage Air system. Let me know what you guys think. Last edited by EJC78; 01-24-2006 at 05:05 PM. |

Re: Back to the drawing board
Is your front laid out on the control arms? That's pretty low..do you have a Z in the frame, or what?

Re: Back to the drawing board
75 silverstep= Yeah I wanted to smothe out my tailgate but I loved the CHEVROLET so I couldn't scrap it so I relocated it. People either love it or hate it. And no I dont have the windows yet I called brothers and they said it is about a week and a half before they will get all the kit together. The first pic is of my tail gate.
84 400= I'm running the original 350 with some mods. running the Edelbrock Performer RPM ,cam, aluminum heads, intake, and 700cfm carb. the bottom is all high end as well. My machinist said it should be crankin at least 475 ponies. the second pic is of the motor. Droppedz84= Yes the front is laid on the control arms in these pics. I'm debating on getting a Jim Meyer IFS to hope fully help with the clearance problem. You asked if my frame had a Z in it? I'm not sure what you'r talking about.

Re: Back to the drawing board
Since you're in the mood of taking pictures, could you please get a shot of your transmission crossmember when you're laid out? I didn't really notice, but do you have a C-Notch in the rear?
