Re: rear bag set up to lay frame?

You are not gonna lay frame with bags in the stock coil spring location. My setup is slam specialties RE7 bags mounted off the rear with a kit i bought from suicide doors. The brackets weld to the bottom of the axle tubes and my notch is from kp components. With my truck aired out and bottomed out in the notch on 27" tires, i am still not laying frame. I just installed a drop crossmember from ECE and it atually raised my truck up almost 3" . If i had to do it all over again, i would build my own notch and 4 link the thing.

Re: rear bag set up to lay frame?

I would use a cantilever/4link setup. Pricey but I would have it no other way!

Re: rear bag set up to lay frame?

^^^I wouldn't leave your bags plumbed like that. When you connect the two sides you allow air to go from one side to the other when you turn. This is very bad for your handling.
