airtank ports

how many ports do I need on the tanks? I'm doing 2 5 gallon tanks, two compressors, 4 fill valves, 4 dumps, pressure switch, and want to know tank pressure. I'm not sure how to plumb this, so that is why i'm asking. Oh, I will want a way to drain water in the tank too.
