Re: One day Ill be through.

Got the motor running, smoothly no doubt. I had to put the tires on it to tease myself. Its the first time in six months its been outside completely. Felt good to fire the motor up, and yes, the first time I tried to start it the dizzie was 180 out! Dang that motor sounds good with straight headers and the noisy gear drive!!!! I did spend Sat evening messing with the passenger floor shaping and cutting, maybe this week Ill be through with the floor.

Re: One day Ill be through.

Trying to get to a stopping point with this thing now. I finished most of the wiring, tested it all (thankfully it all worked) did the relay mod while I was in there. I also finished the tilt column, and gauge panel (empty hole is going to be air pressure for OBA). All but 6ish connectors are soldered and heat shrinked with electric lube/grease, dont want to do it again .

That looks awesome, I can't wait to get mine started. The guages look great. What headers did you end up using?

I am using headman headers from summit, they are listed for our year/body style. I had to move the Z bar mount hole rear a little to clear.

I need to tidy the engine compartment up a little, rebuild the PS pump, finish installing the front clip and then I can hopefully drive it.
