tranny computer plug for 4L80E tranny F/S
I have quite a few of these here, they are getting hard to find. GM recomends replacing when the tranny gets replaced or rebuilt. If you get a tranny from GM, it'll co0me with one in the black plastic case.
Many trannys have been misdiagnosed as needing rebuilt... even by tranny shops...when this plug is actually at fault. If you have problems that come and go, or 'only when it is wet outside' or anything odd like that... buy one. If you plan on having the tranny replaced... I say buy one. If you know the undercarrige of your truck is pretty nasty, hot oil, sticks and branches always stuck in odd spots, lots of mud build up... buy one...or two. The plug comes complete with the plug/pigtail with 2 feet or so of wires, enough heat shrink crimp on butt connectors to do the job, and an instruction sheet to tell you what to wire up to where. (not all years are direct color to like color, some are blue to red or what ever) This is a genuine ACDelco part, with a GM p/n 12154288, listed as harness assembly. New, unopend in a sealed package. I have quite a few here... 20 bucks will get one to your door... 25 to canada. Please respond here in thread. Checks are ok... won't ship till it clears... I prefer money orders. Money orders only from canada please. Respond here in this thread... I WILL ignore all PM's. Any questions, please feel free to ask. |
