Question ECE 4/6 Drop Kit w/ BBC?

I was going to order the 4/6 Drop Kit from Early Classics this weekend (They're having a 10% off July 4th Sale!). I tried calling their number, but evidentally they've got the placed locked up for the 4th.

So my questions to you guys:
a) Does anyone know if their front springs are sturdy enough to hold a Big Block?
b) How much will a BBC add to the 4" drop in the front?

Thanks in advance guys!

I'm not sure how much your BB will add to the springs, but I do know that they have springs designed specially for the Big Block. Heres the link http://www.earlyclassic.com/catalog.aspx search under coil springs, then use the pull down menu and you can select what springs you need specific to your application. By the way where you at in TN?

Okay I checked and there isn't a price difference between SB and BB front coils, so I guess it's safe to assume that I can specify that I need BB front coils with my order.

I live in Birchwood, Dub. We're about 20-30 minutes north of Chattanooga

I have the ECE 4/6 kit on my chassis. I specified the BBC front springs with the kit. They give you a choice, BBC front springs or SBC/i-6 springs

Good deal! I missed the July 4th sale unfortunately lol. Do you have pictures of the stance of your truck Joe? Any problems with the rearend bottoming out? (I've heard that about our trucks with a 6" drop)

I'd still give em a call. They'll probably honor the 4th discount.
