New Rotors

I purchased new rotors for my truck since mine were worn too thin, guess what they are from China, who woulda thunk it. Anyway they come with the outer bearing races. Should I replace the existing bearings? If I did it still wouldn't be a matched bearing set. What do you guy's think. Thanks
