Man, that's my kind of SS. All black, basic interior, a motor that can shove you back in the seat when you mash the go pedal, suspension that will hook up, and six gears to bang! Where do we sign the petition to tell GM if they (as LOHRTBT so eloquently put it) want to pull their heads out, they need to build this thing now!

DITTO!

My brother and my dad still thinks they are butt ugly.

They need to have the reg. cab. be the SS.

Chevy started on the wrong foot with the ext. cab. POS with no power.

I think they have something really good here, and would probably have a good following behind it, in aftermarket parts.

I hope they make it.

Does anyone know if its still gonna be AWD?

I saw this featured on Road and Driver or one of those type of shows about 6 months ago(same channel that Horsepower TV is on). Very impressive!! They took it for a run down the 1/4 mile and it did very nice. Don't remember the times exactly or maybe they didn't say but it sounds like it'll give the Lightening a run for it's money.
I made my mind up then that when I buy a new truck, that'll be the one!

I like the front end! Drop it, put a custom grille and a cowl hood on it and it would look sweet!

BTW~ in the same show they also mentioned a come back of the K5 blazer with the removable hard top. That could be FUN.

Looks like GM is finally making some smart decisions.

I hope they make them totally roof less. I had a 74 K-5 Blazer that had that option. It was so much fun with a roll bar in back to hang off of.

I think it looks pretty good. I say give it more power and maybe paint the inlets in the front black to match the paint. Leave the exhuast the way it is in back (dont paint it).
