new truck New pics
I decided not to get the 800.00 beater with the blown tranny and Instead I found an 84 silverado with 69,000 on the clock for 500.00 dollars. Needs a drivers fender and tires but it runs pretty good and came with full power and working A/C. Drove it home last night.[IMG][IMG][/IMG][/IMG]

Re: new truck part 2
They are buick riviera wheels which I am getting rid of as soon as possible. The truck bleonged to an elderly gentleman and it had hideous running boards as well as a few giant spiders that I had to beat off but other than that. I feel it is a great start on a good project that will last. It actually sat under a pecan tree and the only rust it has is surface and a two small spots in the cab on the sides of the kick panels. I gutted it to put new carpet and redo the panels. I am on limited time though because i am headed to Iraq in a few months.
