You need a PS pump pulley remover. You can get one from Harbor Freight for between $10 and $20 depending on what they have in stock or on sale.

My local Carquest autoparts store had the tool. I just brought in the pump and we yanked the old one off and put the new one on. I forced a $fiver on him as a tip - they were real nice about it.

Just an update. I got a remover/installer kit from Harbor Frieght for $10. It worked great. Easy to remove when I have the right tool.
