Notch, Adj. Panhard and Lowering Blocks
I am wanting to drop the rear of my truck another couple of inches using blocks. Since I already have 5" drop springs I am quite certain I will need a notch and an adjustable panhard/track bar. I'm having trouble finding a company that has all three things.(I don't want to pay for shipping 3 times if I can help it) I saw that CPP has them but I've read several posts about their backorder issues and horrible customer service. I thought about an ECE Super Track Bar and a suicide doors bolt in notch, but I don't know if the two will work together. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I bought all those items you mentioned from Truckandcarshop.com for a decent price. I hate to advertise for them sicen they recently stuck it to me on some U Bolts but they do have a good selection and fair prices.

Re: Notch, Adj. Panhard and Lowering Blocks
I've bought several items from CPP and never had an issue. You need a notch specifically for our trucks, the one from SD will not work. If you call CPP and tell them you saw their ad in Classic Trucks for $99- that will be about the cheapest you will get. At 5.5-6" drop you'll need a bolt-in cnotch for a "comfortable" ride, although a lot of guys on here are running w/o one.

If you want customer service and quality parts give ECE a call... they should be able to set you up with a notch.

Yes I would give ECE a call and talk to Jerry. I just delt with him on a large order for "Low buck truck build" and he did have a few items back ordered but I did loder alot of small odds and ends. He told me right up front that it was back ordered. Tell him that Kevin says Hi from Winters if you talk to him.
