Re: sold the '74 stepside

it was kinda sad to see it go, was my first truck....lots of memories and time and money put into it

sadly the money i put into it didnt make it much better, sinse the motor was pretty much gone in it and money wasted in areas that didnt need it

but it was a great learning lesson for me, so i dont regret it too much

Re: sold the '74 stepside

MAn i rember when i sold my first truck. I have regretted it to this day. At the time i could not get the wiring sorted out and it was drving me crazy! I made a hudge profit on it but now i miss it...... ahh well my 77 dodge. The second was my first chevy. I liked it alot but man it was too beat. I took a pretty big loss on it. But i learned my lession about shopping for cars and about how much i can do, and what is too much for me to do. Good luck with yiur stang. Maybe we will see you with a 73 to 87 some time again.

Re: sold the '74 stepside

Think of it as money spent toward your education in life. Don't have regrets, Chevy made plenty of them....
