Re: how do i bleed the powersteering system?
Once the air has dissipated from the fluid in the reservoir and while the truck isn't running (might be easier if you get the front wheels off of the ground) turn the wheel lock to lock a few times. Then start it and turn it lock to lock and shut it back off. Check for air in the reservoir again. I do it this way until there is no more air in the reservoir. If there is a better or easier way someone will chime in.

Re: how do i bleed the powersteering system?
I am with BACKYARD88 on this one. Let the pump set for about 30 minutes and the foam should settle out. Then add fluid, turn the wheels from stop to stop (with engine off) and check the fluid level. Add if necessary. Then start the engine and turn the wheels back and forth again. Shut off the engine, check the fluid to see if it is still foamy. If it is foamy let it settle out again and repeat the process. It may take a little longer to do it this way, but it is a whole lot less messier. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com
