Would 03' Tahoe wheels fit my 70?
Would wheels from a '03 Tahoe fit my stock '70 C-10?
I found a set w/ new tires for $300.

I think the rear wold fit ok but I hear there are issues with the diameter of the late model wheels. I have thought about trying it since my wife has a 04 Tahoe.

You could hog out the center hole to make it go over the hub, and they would physicly bolt on. Back spacing is an issue, it could simply look funny being tucked in too far, or, if they are wide rims, they could rub.

you do know that the tahoe is a 6 lug wheel.

The 70 that graywolf has should also be 6 lug (assuming that they have not been coverted to 5-lug)
